Job Description would consist of, but not be limited to the following:
Sales Operations and Inventory Responsibilities:
Manage day to day customer parts sales requests and provide superb customer service
Create customer parts quotations and process parts orders
Perform product research with manufacturers to support customer requests
Create purchase orders, bill of ladings and schedule shipments
Maintain accurate inventory counts on a monthly basis
Provide accurate and timely stocking, inventory control and oversight
Verify unit warranty expiration dates based off of the serial number given
Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all policies and procedures
After hours capability on rare occasions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all transactions
Assist with major account administrative duties
Assist in answering incoming calls in professional manner
Work directly with sales reps providing administrative assistance as needed
Enter data and documentation into various databases
Must have excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills.
Must be organized and dependable
Must be detail oriented and be able to maintain a high energy level.
Must pass background check and drug test
Through on the job training candidate should be able to demonstrate an understanding of our industry, products, market trends and technology
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
