Job Description We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Specialist to join our team You will be responsible for ensuring our customers had a great experience and if there were any issues your will be resolving their concerns. This job is primarily done over phone and computer and requires great attention to detail, and superb follow up skills. Responsibilities: Handle customer complaints Provide information about the products and services Identify and resolve process issues with department heads Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the people/processes/departments that require the most correction.
