Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Full Time Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle, from planning and budgeting to implementation and completion. They will be expected to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Create project plans and schedules for the successful completion of all projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues.
- Work with the team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress and address any issues.
- Ensure that all safety standards are met.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Perform quality assurance and ensure that all projects meet the highest quality standards.
- 5+ years of experience in the Utility construction drilling projects, foundation pouring for high voltage construction, and matting.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (PMP etc)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
- Experience in leading and managing diverse teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
