Job: Lead Test Engineer[Lab}

Test Lab Lead

Leveraging cutting-edge test & characterization techniques, world-class instruments, and innovative solutions for board/system-level analysis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead a team of Lab technicians, including workflow management, execution of testing plans, and delivery of testing services.

• Perform troubleshooting on circuits, down to device level, in collaboration with the EE team
• Perform system and equipment level testing per Engineering direction
• Expertise in Hardware inspection using complex characterization equipment
• Bring up new board designs, perform debugging and rework

Knowledge, Experience, and Abilities - Technology and Analysis

• 3+ years of experience with lab tools, including an operating knowledge of basic test equipment
• Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read schematics and layouts to understand the circuitry of PCBAs
• In-depth knowledge in building prototypes, PCBA assembly, rework and troubleshooting
• Experience with procurement and inventory control of supplies and equipment
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment protocols and procedures, ability to utilize, calibrate, and configure laboratory testing systems and instruments
• Ability to provide technical guidance and training to end-users
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and motivation to operate effectively in a team environment
• Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Electrical engineering focused on electronics or computer engineering.
