Day to Day answering of call center calls

Role Title: Call Center Operations Technology Analyst

Duration: 6+ months

Location: Nashville, TN

Required Skills:

Call Center experience, Healthcare or Medicaid experience, Mid-Level Computer skills, MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

High Level Computer skills, mid-level to advanced Excel skills, technical background, SQL skills

Responsibilities:

Intake of incidents into ServiceNow, performance reporting, answering call center calls

Expected Deliverable(s):

Day to Day answering of call center calls
