Job Description We are seeking candidates for a CRM Manager. This critical position is the liaison between our sales and customer support teams and leads a team responsible for setting up client access, distribution and billing in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Successful candidates will be results-oriented, customer-focused and exhibit a high degree of professionalism when working with a wide range of consumers and business professionals. You are accountable for: Manage processing of subscription accounts generating more than $25 million in annual revenue Supervise a 3-person team responsible for order, renewal and billing processes, online access rights, and digital distribution Troubleshoot and resolve ongoing customer access issues with product development team Monitor and resolve revenue recognition and account set-up with internal fulfillment, accounting and customer support teams Oversee day-to-day customer service for all online and subscription businesses via email, phone and postal correspondence Design sales flow processes in partnership with sales and customer support teams
