Relationship Manager- Informa Financial Intelligence| Remote Informa Financial Intelligence currently has an opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join the Wealth Management Sales team! The Relationship Manager role is responsible for the overall business relationship with a range of small to medium financial institutions. The role is the primary lead responsible for an assigned book of business which includes engaging, developing and managing meaningful relationships with key decision-makers across the client s entire business.

In addition, the Relationship Manager owns the retention and identification of cross-sales opportunities within their customers. A successful Relationship Manager must fully understand our clients strategy, buying cycles, workflow, challenges, and goals. This knowledge coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the value across the Financial Intelligence platform is essential in our goal of providing solutions for our clients and retaining their business.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with a strong track record of rapidly increasing revenue from existing Clients, an entrepreneurial spirit, and acute attention to detail. The Relationship Manager role is responsible for selling Informa Financial Intelligence services into a range of small to medium financial institutions. In this role you will: * Achieving and exceeding retention targets and sales objectives, as defined by the Head of Sales, Americas * Be responsible for up to 350+ annual renewals including semi-annual check in to optimize client engagement * Identify cross-sales opportunities within the client account and work with Sales Executives for new opportunity * Establish and maintain key relationships with managers and strategic business leaders across the small to medium sized financial institutions in the US. * Have a firm understanding of the customers buying cycles, key stakeholders and decision makers in the renewal process * Work hand in hand with Sales Executives to develop and maintain sales strategies and manage accounts efficiently and effectively * Identify white-space and work to optimize solution offerings to client * Be responsible for tracking all activity in Salesforce.com * Document and share feedback from customers with product leads, client success and marketing to maximize outreach, offerings and client value * Stay up to date with current trends and new developments in Wealth Management. * Serve as client expert responsible for understanding the customers business including organizational structure, performance, business strategy and key leadership * Lead and manage to completion all contract renewals and negotiations with their Accounts * Manage a robust pipeline, sales forecast and maintain assigned targets for profitable sales volume, retention and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. What you\'ll need to succeed: * At least 2 years experience selling into and knowledge of Wealth Management and Client experience environment * Experience working with a consulting value proposition, either in isolation or as part of a combined solution with a product/service-based sell * Enthusiastic, competitive, results-driven and solutions-orientated with a strong work ethic, high levels of confidence and integrity * Demonstrates ability to develop long-term Client relationships with a wide range of clients, * Ability to consult with clients and solve challenges by selecting and demonstrating our most appropriate service(s) * A self-starter, self motivated and strong problem solving skills * Ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple and coherent manner * High self-awareness and receptive to coaching About Us: Informa Financial Intelligence provides actionable insight to help our Clients make smarter decisions.
