Job Description The Webinars and Virtual Experiences Program Manager is responsible for the successful program delivery and client support for the Engage virtual experiences business, including webinars, custom virtual tradeshows, virtual symposiums, digital weeks, fast chats, and other video engagement programs, focused across multiple Informa divisions. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of all assigned webinars and other virtual experiences, and responsible for managing and tracking your progress, communicating proactively with team members, leadership, and customers, and learning the platforms to master the production process behind all virtual experiences. SCOPE OF INFLUENCE Manage the overall successful delivery of assigned programs, support vendor relationship management, and work closely across all Engage teams to foster delivery best practices, optimized and define new workflows, and a high-quality customer experience for our clientele. Responsibilities: Webinar management for Informa Engage · Includes coordinating, communicating, and facilitating the execution of successful live webinars, creating realistic deadlines, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are tracked and met by all stakeholders · Serve as the liaison between the customer, internal stakeholders and the vendor to ensure that expectations are being met · Work with commercial teams as an extension of their team, supporting their customers and working closely to achieve mutual success · Work closely with customers to communicate deadlines and requirements, incorporate an array of best practices as well as webinar functionality into the client's overall marketing strategy · Assist clients in the logistics of complex webinar set ups and pull in experts relating to API and reporting delivery where needed · Additionally, it requires cooperation and teamwork with assigned vendor, production support resources, and other delivery team members Virtual experience program management, including webinars, virtual tradeshows, symposiums, content gateways and digital weeks for Informa’s customers: · Programs encompass a large volume of both digital events and online assets housed in a stand-alone environment requiring a high level of organized management as well as a complex online architecture · These programs require pre-sales consulting and guidance in collaboration with market and product management · Additionally, it requires management support of any assigned vendors or scalable production support
