Job title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Santa Clara, CA
In this position, you will provide primary administrative support to members of the Corporate Strategy Office staff, including coordinating and executing the management of CSO processes.
This is a position that interfaces closely with the CEO's executive office and other executive offices around Intel having a network and being able to navigate the Intel admin network is essential.
Typical duties are diversified and require a high degree of judgment and discretion, including: Managing multiple calendars. Collaborating with exec admin partners.
Qualifications/Skill Sets required, not limited to the following:
5+ years of Executive Administrative Assistance experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to juggle / resolve conflicting requirements position will support a team of 8 very senior individual contributors + a manager
Candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, be self-motivated and organized, have a positive and professional attitude, be customer oriented and be able to multitask.
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are a must.
Candidate must also demonstrate the ability to be a team player with the other group admins as well as be able to work independently, prioritize and manage to completion many support requests and project assignments.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
Experience in coordinating with other administrative assistants in several locations is needed as well as excellent written & oral communications and teamwork skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate the corporate environment and business systems is critical.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Web/collaboration tools and other office productivity tools is required
Minimum Education required: HS diploma or GED
Previous experience as an Intel admin
