Infosec is a stable, fast-growing company with amazing opportunities to start or grow your career. As a leading provider of security education solutions, we're on a mission to arm organizations and their employees against security threats. Recognizing cybersecurity is everyone's job, we provide award-winning skills development and certification training for IT security pros while building the entire workforce's security aptitude with awareness training and phishing simulations.
As a mid-market company, we?re not interested in office politics or the endless trials of corporate hierarchies and bureaucracy. We?re interested in getting things done. Our management teams are open to your suggestions and make sound decisions that help us expand. It?s evident in the 450% growth we?ve seen over the past four years.
As our first Art Director, you?ll manage our creative staff. You understand the creative process in both a procedural and visceral way. You?re passionate about creating high quality end products that our customers find visually appealing, enticing, and aligned with our brand promise of education delivery. Creative deliverables vary from graphic design to e-learning modules to sales enablement tools and collateral. You?ve managed a team before and understand how to lead ideation sessions, gain buy-in from team members, and execute on projects to hit deadlines.
Working on our Content team, you?ll get input from leadership, sales, and marketing to execute the cohesive vision for our products. As a growing company, we?ve set aggressive goals and you?re the type of person that thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenges that come along with hyper-growth. In fact, if you don?t have multiple moving targets, you?d get bored!
Creativity. Because, of course. This is how we grow and create competitive advantages. You have a strong understanding of marketing and brand including strategic direction setting, conceptualization and multi-platform execution.
Self-motivated. Micro-management is not for you; it?s not how you like to manage or be managed. You know what needs to be done, by whom and plan your team?s work to consistently meet deadlines.
Leadership. You?re not afraid to get your hands dirty and lead by example. Coaching, providing feedback and evaluation, building team culture, inspiring, motivating, and developing a team with creative and productive balance are skills you?ve acquired in your career.
Tech savvy. The Adobe suite is your friend (maybe frenemy at times) and you?re adept or familiar with several other technologies for executing on your creative projects. You understand the technology of your craft, but are also aware of the security space and SaaS business model.
Positive attitude. You?re tenacious with a smile, able to stay positive and persistent. You?re open to new ideas and if there?s a better way to do things, you?re willing to try. The team works hard but you know how to have fun doing it.
