Client Support Associate

The Client Support Associate at NuMSP will coordinate service work between NuMSP customers and IT Field Technicians. This role will work closely with our technical support team to quickly and efficiently identify and solve our client’s technical issues. This role will significantly impact the current and future growth of our technical support team.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain excellent client relationships

· Strong verbal/nonverbal communication skills

· Dispatch field technicians: manage field technician’s calendar and workflow

· General office management, client invoicing, assisting with HR processes, receiving product, etc.

· Advise and assist with reporting

· Coordinate upgrades and hardware replacements at client sites

· Advise/educate clients within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions

· Maintain customer contacts to enable accurate tracking and reporting

· Assist with client onboarding and ongoing service delivery

· Research client/customer support issues

· Work with support groups to expedite problem resolution

· Resolve issues with Customer Service

· Communicate across departments for resolution on server issues

· Self-driven, motivated and service-oriented

· Reports to Operations Manager

Education/Experience Requirements:

· 3+ Years of client service experience

· Knowledge of how departments impact internal and external stakeholders

· Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Outlook

· Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple tasks or projects

· Ability to demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

· Strong documentation skills
