Customer Relationship Specialist (MUST HAVE CRM EXPERIENCE)

We are looking for a full-time customer service representative that is self-motivated, positive and has experience speaking with people over the phone. This role will entail keeping customers updated through the process from contracts signed to their solar installation.

The ideal candidate must be organized, have attention to detail, good time management skills and prior experience in a Customer Relationship Specialist. We are also seeking someone who has worked in the energy industry

Responsibilities:

• Making daily calls.
• Calling customers at different stages of their solar install project.
• Proactively checking on customers to ensure their questions and concerns are answered.
• Keeping customer’s information organized and up to date.
• Assisting customers with billing questions
• Making touch point calls after customers have been installed to discuss their experience and get referrals and reviews.
• Following up with customers to ensure their experience surpasses expectations.
• Making sure that customers are happy!

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Must be driven and determined
• Flexible on schedule
• Solar experiences preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
