Job Description: Regional Sales Manager

The Regional Sales Manager will:

Principle Functions:

  1. Directly Manage all Sales within their territory
    1. Lead Generation
    2. Lead Follow Up
    3. Perform Cadence Calls with Prospective Customers
    4. Join/Lead Sales Calls and Demonstrations
    5. Travel to Customer Sites and Trade Shows
    6. Provide Quote Team with Quote Request Forms/Details for Quote Generation
    7. See the Quote Process through to Completion-Counter Signed Contracts Delivered to both Parties

  1. CRM Management
    1. Learn/Follow CRM Workflows/Standards
    2. Add/Manage Customer Account Data
    3. Add/Manage Customer Lead Data
    4. Add/Manage Customer Opportunity Data
    5. Add/Manage Customer Contact Data
    6. Join Cadence Calls with the VP of Sales to Present Sales Activities

  1. Customer Management
    1. Perform Cadence Calls with Current Customers
    2. Assist with Contract Negotiations
    3. Assist other INFINITT Departments with Contact Information and Coordination of Communication with the Customer
    4. Coordinate Efforts with the Customer Success Representative where needed
    5. Work with Project Managers to Provide Pertinent Customer Information Prior to Project Kickoff
    6. Join Project Management Calls (At Least the Kickoff, whenever possible)

  1. Product Demonstration Support
    1. Join/Lead all sales Demonstrations
    2. Lead/Join Customer Sales/Technical Sales Calls
    3. Provide Applications Demonstrators with Demo requests Forms Prior to Demonstration
    4. Work with Applications Demonstrators to Coordinate Presentations/Travel
    5. Work with Applications Demonstrators to Improve Presentations

Secondary Functions

  1. Coordinate with HQ
    1. Provide Timely Expense Reports
    2. Provide Timely Travel Requests/Post Travel Reports
    3. Stay up to Date on all Internal Training

Essential Experience

  1. Knowledge and experience of PACS systems, equipment, verbiage, and workflows
  2. Direct Sales Experience in Medical Imaging
  3. Well versed with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  4. Public speaking to small and large audiences
  5. Excellent written communication skills
  6. Excellent organization skills and ability to perform under pressure
