Call centre experience.

Training condition: Everyone is required to certify at the end of training. Failure to do so will

inhibit continued employment.

Day 1 of Training: All will report at 8:30am for the first day of training to complete check in

procedures, system log on and training readiness.

Production Hours: Between 9:00am 10:00pm EST / Sunday Saturday (1 hour lunch)

Candidate must be open and available to work any schedule between 9:00am- 10:00pm.

Production Location: 100% In Office
