Inbound Contact Center position: Consultants will assist customers with enrolling into their healthcare benefits during the open enrollment period.

The program is heavily focused on quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Required Interview Type: Virtual interview.

Training Details:

There is a 100% attendance expectation for the training period. No exceptions. Failure to meet expectations will result in separation.

- Training hours: 8:30 am -5:00 pm EST Monday Friday (30minute lunch.) Training hours are subject to change.

- Training Location: 2 days onsite, remote afterwards

- Production Hours of Operation: 8:00AM-11:00PM EST, shifts will be assigned.

Must be fully engaged in the learning experience (i.e., responding appropriately/professionally to questions posed, asking relevant questions, and participating in breakout or group sessions).

Production Requirements:

This is a Work at Home assignment. All employees that take Work at Home (WAH) must meet the following minimum requirements:

- Must have a dedicated office space that will allow employee to have all working shifts void of interruption from family members, pets, personal phone calls, etc. The environment should mimic the in-office environment and experience for the customer.

- Must have reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications).

- Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps. Must pass speed test.

- Router with a spare ethernet port to connect to the PC near the workspace.

- Hard wired connection required CANNOT use WIFI

Candidates must be flexible to return to work on site upon request i.e., client mandate, performance, or technical challenges.

Equipment: Required equipment (such as laptop, headset) will be provided by Chime and distributed as part of training. Remember that this equipment is property of the company and must be kept secure. All equipment must be returned upon termination of assignment.
