CLIENT PARTNER PROFILE & VALUE PROPOSITION: Leapros has been engaged by a fast-growing, mid-sized, electrical contractor here in the Phoenix, AZ area! This well known contractor is looking for Electrical Foreman to join their team and grow within their organization!
POSITION TITLE: Electrical Foreman
POSITION SUMMARY: The Electrical Foreman is responsible for, but not limited to, leading a team of 10+ electricians, communicating with site leadership, anticipating material needs, and ensuring all large scale multifamily projects are completed on time and per code.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Develop as-builds
- Understand and manage process of installation of power systems
- Able to plan and forecast manpower
- Work to reduce labor and material costs
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in the electrical trade (multifamily experience preferred)
- Work in various environments
- Clean BG & MVR (company vehicle provided)
- Experience running jobs $2 of above
- Read and interpret blueprints without assistance
- 2 years experience in a supervisory or lead level role
PAY TRANSPARENCY: A reasonable estimate of the available {annual or hourly} pay scale for this position is: $30/HR - $38/HR. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
