Team Leader

Industrial Bank is seeking a highly qualified professional for the position of Team Leader for our Retail Branch located at 1900 John Hanson Lane, Oxon Hill, MD

The candidate will train at Oxon Hill, MD and will be transferred to the new Branch location 343 Benning Rd, NW Washington, DC 20019

A Day in the life of a Team Leader at Industrial Bank includes the ability to perform:

The Team Leader performs the duties of a head teller including management of funds in the branch vault, checking the daily logs, maintenance of funds in the automatic teller machine, and introducing bank products to customers such as cash management, loans or mortgages. Demonstrated ability to cross-sell bank products and services. Proven experience supporting employees performing retail banking transactions. Established capabilities as a service associate in processing bank transactions accurately. This position is required to work some Saturdays to support the Branch Operations. Supervisory experience with banking for tellers.

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• 2 to 3 years of banking experience, which includes customer service and supervisory experience
• Ability to work with managers and staff at all levels of responsibility.
• Ability to work with staff and customers in a respectful and professional manner.
• Ability to perform and delegate multiple duties.

The schedule is Monday to Friday 9AM to 4PM. The position requires working on some Saturdays.
