Description:
Responsible for analyses in such functional areas including, but not limited to, finance, legal, program management, purchasing, sales, and contracts.

Recommends, interprets, and/or implements internal or external administrative policies, procedures or regulations.

Performs detailed budgeting, scheduling, estimation and reporting analyses. May negotiate contracts with outside vendors on behalf of company.

May lead or oversee internal non-technical projects.

Entry-level professional with broad theoretical job knowledge.

Works under general direction and guidance within standard processes for non-routine tasks.

Contributes to systems and processes changes in work routines.

Coordinate real estate lease payments
o Review monthly real estate rent payment file and verify for accuracy
o Address open concerns/questions from internal (finance, real estate) or external (landlord, brokers) sources
o Work with A/P team on new vendor set-up
o Verify G/L coding
o Verify sublease payment receipt with business POCs
