Job Description The Indiana University Foundation enthusiastically seeks a fantastic partner who leads with strong collaboration, is data-driven and analytical while also being a creative thinker, and who loves testing, learning, and taking calculated risks, to serve as Vice President, Head of Advancement Marketing! This exciting, newly created role will design, build, and champion an aligned team and strategy for marketing and donor and alumni engagement and participation across Indiana University. Supporting and leading both the IU Foundation and IU Alumni Association’s marketing and annual giving functions, the Vice President, Head of Advancement Marketing will elevate and strengthen the marketing and digital engagement functions across both organizations by applying integrated marketing, analytics, digital experience, and content strategies into business plans. With the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and E-Commerce Cloud underway across the advancement community at IU, this strategic and focused leader will develop cross-team competencies in utilizing the technology to provide best-in-class marketing tactics and analytics for client partners, all with the mission of building meaningful connections with alumni and donors. The ideal candidate for the Vice President, Head of Advancement Marketing position is highly focused on how marketing drives quantifiable business results, constantly pushes boundaries of "what could be" to stimulate innovation and is incredibly curious.
