Performance Health is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our new distribution center team in Indianapolis, IN. The Human Resources Manager is directly responsible for providing HR guidance and support to assigned groups. This position is also responsible for aligning HR strategies with business strategies to add value to the business. Partners with assigned business leaders to define and roll-out programs and policies specific to the business unit's needs. Rolls-out HR programs and policies to assigned business units, ensuring aligment with business unit strategy. Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations as needed and partners with inside and outside legal partners as needed. Escalates issues appropriately. Manages the employee engagement feedback process for assigned business units. Partners with HR leadership to deploy the annual talent review and succession planning process for the assigned business units. Manages organizational design initiatives for assigned business groups. Partnering with HR leadership as needed. Partners with HR and business leaders to lead change management efforts, including communication and preparing necessary paperwork. Review and make recommendations regarding the organization s policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and ensure they meet the needs of the business and are aligned to the company s purpose, priorities and vision. Implement and/or manage projects as determined by HR leadership, as well as participate in cross-functional initiatives Recruits for key positions as needed Performs other duties as assignedJob Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business or similar field 3-5 years of human resources generalist experience, with experience supporting distribution centers or similar organization 3+ years of handling employee relations issues Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including overnight travel SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferrred Experience managing talent review/succession planning process a plusPerformance Health is a leader in consumer healthcare and the largest global manufacturer and distributor of products to the rehabilitation and sports medicine markets.
