Vietnamese Speaking Agent Support Associate

This Role:

As an Agent Support Associate, your role will be to communicate with our Agents on a daily basis to resolve any questions or concerns they may have. You will research and gather the information needed to keep the Agent and policy process flowing in a timely manner. You will ensure the accurate and precise workflow of the Agent's status, and the policies in our database. Daily you will review and monitor the various Agent and policy status reports and make the needed corrections and updates.

This role requires someone bilingual in Vietnamese and English

Your qualifications include:

• Strong Customer Support skills
• Ability to learn and understand IAA’s products, business processes, and our Agent and policy workflow
• Ability to communicate with our Agents, address and resolve their concerns by researching causes and working with the team to produce results-oriented support
• Ability to interpret and follow procedures, processes, and techniques in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Ability to review reports, investigate and resolve issues, and communicate your findings and recommendations with the team
• Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals
• Perform any other job-related duties as requested
