Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Duties: Articulate Proprietary Analytics, clinical analytics and provide scientific and clinical insight, knowledge, and direction to the offshore team for delivering contracted products. Generate and disseminate actionable intelligence to support recommendations to clients that support a broad range of competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trend. Analyze technology trends to identify markets for future scientific product development or to improve sales of existing Innovative Member and Physician Support Platforms. Design, develop and produce aggregated and dashboard reports for clients. Provide production support, troubleshooting and application configuration as needed. Provide guidance and direction in the usage of healthcare data within the product portfolio and provide subject matter knowledge to product design and development initiatives; Be fully independent in data analytics by extracting/querying databases, building SQL pivots and developing/manipulating data cubes. Working knowledge of statistical tools like SAS. Provide scientific leadership and inputs for high-quality delivery – guides the analyst team on scientific issues, keeps track of sales, forecasting aspects and therapeutic area advances in areas of relevance, reviews the deliverables, and guarantees that the deliverables ‘hit the mark’ Work in partnership with other team members to apply methodologies to classify, quantify, and forecast business metrics which assist internal and external stakeholders by providing reliable, accurate, comparable, and timely metrics required by management for program review and strategic planning. Ensuring implementation of security practices applicable to individual roles as defined in ISMS, quality systems, processes, and policies. Job Requirements: Required Bachelors or foreign equivalent in CS, Pharmacy, Business Management CIS, Business Intelligence, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or related field. Requires 2 years of experience in the job offered, Data Analytics Lead, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Consultant, Manager or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the U.S. Location of Work: Princeton, NJ.
