We are searching for highly motivated teammates that are looking to start and build a career in a fast-growing technology software company. The Indecium Sales Executive is responsible for selling and presenting Indecium’s products and services to our current and net-new prospective accounts. This position is 100% commission based and could exceed every earning opportunity you have ever achieved.

While in this position, the Indecium Sales Executive will be afforded a commission rate of 25% of all profit obtained on each deal closed. Once your quota of $350,000 is achieved, an accelerator will be applied allowing for up to a maximum of 35% commission on all profit obtained on each deal closed by you as the Sales Executive while still employed with Indecium.

The Indecium Sales Executive will be aligned with a Sales Engineer. The goal, as a team, will be to help identify the solutions that best resolve the needs of our customers while helping improve the posture the customer has. Each Sales Executive will strive to achieve the appropriate annual quota based upon the territory goals defined by the Indecium CRO.

 

Responsibilities

•Prospect and identify key decision makers within the targeted leads provided by the CRO.

•Present and sell Indecium’s products and services to current and potential clients including all key partner products being offered.

•Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity, while maintaining and expanding the database of contacts within the targeted organizations. All lead activity and deal specifics will be maintained within Zoho CRM for reporting purposes of the Indecium Management team.

•Uphold sales activities which includes prospecting, cold calling, booking appointments, participating in product demos, and creating proposals.

•Present to C-Level prospective clients as well as to other key stake holders and customer personnel to ensure successful introduction of our solutions.

•Partner with the Indecium CRO, COO and CTO to determine a strategic sales approach.

•Establish and maintain current customer relationships by responding to customer requests and managing/resolving customer issues as quickly as possible or where needed, escalating to Indecium Management to intervene as appropriate.

•Maintain accurate account information and activity detail in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

•Participate in marketing events when necessary and approved by management.

 

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year College/University OR 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience/training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Technology industry experience preferred.

•Prior Experience selling Security, Governance, Compliance, Auditing or Cyber Security Training is highly preferred.

•Microsoft Outlook skills required.

•Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required and will be evaluated.

•Healthy list of pre-established and prospective contacts in given territory is required.

•Willingness to learn technical aspects of selling the Indecium product(s) as well as those of our strategic partners.
