We've are in search of a motivated Portfolio Manager who is the right fit for our growing team.
The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is able to foster a professional relationship with clients centered on open communication, mutual respect and trust. We are especially interested in candidates with lease-up experience and/or experience working with affordable (LIHTC/HUD) communities.
Overseeing operations of a portfolio including affordable properties (Tax Credit/Section 42)
Preparing annual budgets and reviewing with owners/board
Review and report variances on monthly financial statements to include accurate reporting of A/P and A/R as well as forecasting current and future needs
Supervision of staff/vendors and overseeing day-to-day operations
Bi-monthly property inspections
Proficient written communication and computer skills specifically Word and Excel
Comprehensive understanding of Oregon Landlord Tenant Law
Assess needs of owners' goals and requirements regarding levels of communication
Ability to efficiently manage time in a fast paced work environment
Minimum requirement of two years experience in portfolio or asset management
Real Estate License
Experience with Yardi Voyager
Experience with LIHTC communities and/or lease-ups
