We are seeking an energetic Account Manager to join our team! We are a quickly growing Incentive company with a 35 year history of taking care of our clients. You will be the main contact person for a select group of our customers and handle all of the day-to-day responsibilities that help develop a long term relationship with each account.
- Bring a fore-ward thinking and proactive approach to your portfolio of 25 - 40 accounts.
- Lead the client forward on the growth opportunities available.
- Perform the daily tasks associated with each account including data transfer and clean up, preparation of data for printing, and the integrity of the information.
- Lead projects through several internal teams.
- Resolve customer inquiries.
- Develop full knowledge of each account you manage and create a winning relationship with the client.
- Previous experience in account management, sales support, customer service, or other related fields.
- Looking for a strong familiarity in Excel with other Office software programs also being important.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to handle many moving parts and the ability to prioritize many different timelines that are continually changing.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to bring energy and fun to our internal team of long-term employees.
