Our Client Is Looking For The Following Attributes The Quality Manager will ideally come from the electronics industry with in-depth technical knowledge of electronic manufacturing and design concepts. Familiarity with quality principles; including 8D, fish bone, FMEA’s. Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred. 10 years of experience in leading a team.

Challenge existing practices to help further develop the organization to achieve operational excellence Experience with top tier Semi-Fab companies either working within or understanding the industry requirements US Citizen or Permanent Resident Position Summary Overall, we are looking for an energetic, bright self-motivated candidate who has a passion for Quality who can help lead our company in the next stage of its development within our High Voltage division. The person should be a critical thinker and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the organizations quality and environmental management systems for compliance to ISO recognized standards. Develop and provide leadership of the quality organization to help drive a proactive approach with improvements within design, manufacturing, suppliers and customers. Align the quality objectives with the organization strategy. Drive and promote a culture of quality within the organization. Further develop the HV division for alignment with consistent practices from other company locations. Present and be the main interface on key account quality issues and in still confidence. Quality planning in alignment with the organizational business plan. Expand and improve on existing processes utilizing technology and create robust processes across multiple sites. Collaboration with other departments and utilization of quality tools to help drive RCCA. Identify and further develop KPI’s within the business to help drive towards Operational Excellence. Lead monthly management reviews for the leadership team in helping drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Operations and Engineering as needed to determine root cause of customer and in-process failures. Further enhance the organization through the use and implementation of various tools such quality plans, process flows. Key Qualifications And Skills Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work independently and successfully in a team environment. Familiarity with quality principles; including 8D, fish bone, FMEA’s. Local travel required Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred. 10 years of experience in leading a team. Able to collaborate across different functions to accomplish shared objectives. Effective leadership to be able to motivate and inspire.
