An Order Coordinator will be responsible for sales order set up and lease funding for all deal types as submitted by the various sales teams that are supported. An Order Coordinator will also work with 3rd party dealers to establish service contracts and negotiate install costs for out of territory installs. The position requires the ability to think critically, calculate lease funding, and communicate well with our customers and sales organization.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Facilitate and complete rep requests as related to new orders
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management
- Effectively communicate and work with peers, other departments and management to set internal expectations and maintain appropriate implementation project scope
- Setting up sales orders for customer equipment orders, lease returns, and inventory transfers
- Fulfillment & invoicing of sales orders
- Funding lease deal orders
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate problems and create solutions
- Support other team members as directed
- Other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience, and Certifications)
High School diploma or GED required
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience using MS Teams, Zoom, or WebEx
2+ years minimum in customer service required
Prior experience with leasing, purchasing, order management, order coordination with supplies strongly preferred
Strong understanding of basic math skills
Attention to detail required
Ability to problem solve, understanding process driven relationships, and decision-making are essential
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-moving work environment
