Job Description

As we continue to grow our office in Augusta, Maine, we are looking for a bright, pleasant and organized Marketing and Office Assistant to contribute to our office in Augusta, Maine.

We're Business Brokers and we help business owners to sell their companies. You will be a key player in that effort - and we're a small office, where your efforts are very much appreciated and acknowledged!

Responsibilities:
Assist the Broker and Administrator in their daily work as they work with buyers and sellers.

Maintain STRICT confidentiality of all client information.

Maintain data, listings and information on businesses, buyers and sellers.

Make calls to business owners to ask if they've ever thought about selling and schedule in-person appointments for our Broker when appropriate.  This is a MAJOR part of your role, so please apply only if you are comfortable making a lot of calls.

Help with postcard mailings, MailChimp newsletters and Facebook marketing and advertising.

Must have an upbeat and pleasant personality, have strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS office.

1 year of office experience with capacity to learn quickly and be part of a team. Experience in working in a small office is especially helpful.

Dress code is business casual.
Starting Date: As soon as you are able!

5 days, Monday - Friday, full time, in person. Work from home is not available.
$15 hourly pay. Healthcare benefits are not offered at this time.
