Job Description


The F&A Assistant will play a diverse role in the department. Their primary goal is to assist with daily duties while elevating the department while helping to provide a great “customer experience” to each customer.

Job Overview

The F&A assistant will complete daily operational duties: clerical, answering calls and building needs and errands while specializing in different areas within the department. 


Role Accountability


Looking for a team player who:

·         Can clearly communicate with clients and team members.

·         Assist CEO with daily duties

·         Detail oriented: processes, interoffice inventory, and communication

·         Knows how to communicate within the company and outside.

·         Goal and task oriented.

·         Internal Employee Training


·         CEO Executive Admin

o    Asist with calendar/email

o    Meeting Preparation

o    Communicate on behalf of

·         Internal Training Program

o    Organize and drive departmental/Companywide training

o    Schedule: Logistics, Communication

o    Compile and store training overview

·         General Clerical

o    Ensure that all office duties are complete, organized, and thorough

o    Inventory on all office supplies/paper products/consumables

o    Answer and streamline all inbound calls

o    Mail: incoming and outbound

o    Office Duties: trash, fill paper products, spot cleaning and organizing

·         Internal Travel

o    Book all travel

§  Flights

§  Vehicle Rentals

§  Hotels

o    Travel Report per job

o    Organize and Communication all travel to attendees

·         Facility Owner

o    POC for all repairs

o    POC for regular maintenance: cleaning, trash ect.
