We will consider individuals who are "stay at home" parents seeking part-time work, experienced retired individuals seeking part-time work, young professionals with some experience, or dependable college students who need some extra cash.
The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing and administrative background, be well organized, have great communication skills, be a problem solver, have a positive attitude and work well within a team-based culture. You need to think fast and move faster. Don't wait for the water to boil ..... create some heat and make it boil!
Duties and responsibilities include assisting with all stages of commercial real estate marketing activities:
- Sending Correspondence (Email, Letters, Proposals)
- Responding to Information Requests
- Creating Marketing Materials
- Market/Tenant Research
- Drafting Correspondence
- Database Maintenance
- Qualifying Leads
- Cold Calling
- FOLLOW DIRECTIONS
- Ensure website listings are correct (LoopNet, Company website)
Education: Either two years of college, an associate’s degree or higher education.
Personal: Professional appearance with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Computer: Proficient with Microsoft programs including Word and Excel. Powerpoint, Photoshop, InDesign are very desirable skills.
Experience: Commercial real estate experience preferred. If you don't have experience then demonstrate an ability to learn.
License: Florida real estate license is not required but desirable.
THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO FULL TIME OR PART TIME HIRES. MEDICAL BENEFITS MAY BE AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUALS WHO WORK A MINIMUM OF 30 HOURS PER WEEK.
