On-site Service Engineer -- Topsfield, MA

Job Summary:

East Coast Metrology needs an entry-level technician who can help them develop their CMM calibration and repair services department. The company specializes in high precision dimensional measurements and uses modern technology to collect, analyze, and report dimensional data.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of reading prints, understanding GD&T, using typical shop hand tools like mics, calipers, and height gages. They should also have excellent mechanical skills and aptitude, and be able to communicate effectively in both the engineering office and on the shop floor.

It is an added advantage if the candidate has knowledge of multiple CMM software, machine shop, or CNC experience. The company prefers US citizens only.

Training:

The company is willing to train the right candidate.

Position Type:

This is a full-time job that requires about 25% - 50% Travel.

The candidate must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years of age.
