Junior Graphic Designer

Impressions Online is looking to hire an enthusiastic, full-time or part-time, Jr. Graphic Designer to
join our team.

Responsibilities include:
● Working on design assignments as assigned by the Sr. Graphic Designer, Creative Manager,
or Director of Marketing such as creating social media content (Facebook, Instagram,
Pinterest, emails, blog, etc.)
● Assist in maintaining and developing website content across multiple platforms (mobile,
desktop, and app) with fresh, creative graphic work.
● Advertising
○ Printed assets
○ Digital ad creative
● Email campaigns
○ Curves emails
○ Segmented emails
● Assist with in-house branding (internal documents, logos, etc)
● Assist in archiving and organizing completed graphic work on the server daily
● Assist during on location photo shoots, creative projects, and other miscellaneous creative
department duties as needed.
● Enhance the customer experience by providing appealing design work.

Other Requirements
The ideal candidate must:
● Have a proficient knowledge and be extremely comfortable working in Adobe Suite
(specifically Illustrator / Photoshop) and Canva.
● Be able to honor design best practices while honing in on the Impressions brand.
● Have a basic understanding of web design concepts - simple CMS software (such as
Wordpress), responsive layouts, image manipulation for web presentation, etc.
● Have a well-rounded understanding of branding and marketing concepts. The ideal candidate
will be comfortable interpreting basic data and statistics as it pertains to marketing.
● Have a positive, team-oriented attitude and can comfortably call themselves a “self-starter.”
● Able to work in a fast paced environment with the potential for quick turnarounds.
● Live in Northwest Arkansas. Work in our open office located in Springdale, AR during normal
office hours (Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm).
