Team Overview:

At the heart of all this is "The Factory", our complex system of microservices that ensure the efficiency and quality of our global production automation. In joining the Factory software development team, you will deliver just-in-time services to ensure the quality and success of our products. Your communication and software engineering skills will be essential as you work with teams down the hall, on the next floor, and around the globe.

What you will do:

  • Software development for the critical heart of our production automation.
  • Develop an understanding of the current processes and tooling to collaborate with the team to build outstanding solutions.
  • Company and team culture defined by innovation, technical precision, collaboration, and quality solutions.
  • Interface closely within the team, production operations, PTE, and QA teams to improve our organization's overall success.
  • Learn and grow with our small, but highly effective team of developers looking to continuously improve our solutions and processes.

What you will bring:

  • Strong software development skills backed by a related bachelor's degree requires BS/BA
  • Expertise in C#, .Net Core, and building Web services.
  • Generally, 2 years of growing responsibility in software development

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience with BDD/TDD practices.
  • Experience in an Agile team performing sprints.
Compensation and Benefits:

The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $84,000 - $125,000. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. US based employees have access to healthcare benefits; a 401(k) plan and company match among others.
