Job Description

Imagine One is seeking a full time hire of a Contracts Administrator with a special focus on contract administration functions, including review and negotiations of terms and conditions, and contract compliance. Review and analyze solicitations to ensure adherence with Imagine One policy and solicitation requirements and determines the applicability of complex government laws and regulations. Provide advice and counsel on risk issues, and client/customer relationship management. Reviews and negotiates terms and conditions of Contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract Agreements, Consulting Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding and Organizational Conflict of Interest plans. Prepares and disseminates information throughout the company regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Support (DFARS) is crucial, and all applicants must be able to speak intelligently on the subject to ensure contract compliance and completion of Reps & Certs. Act as the Government Property Manager and perform audits as required. Maintain Deltek Contracts Module and prepare contract briefs. Tracks contract deliverable submissions. This position will work under supervision of the Contracts Manager and is expected to be self-reliant in performing required job functions.

The Contracts Administrator will closely interact with the Government and Prime customers and support other Imagine One Contract/Subcontract team members, Business Development team members, program personnel, other corporate departments, and Executive Level management. This person will also assist with special projects assigned to the Contracts team.

Education Requirements: Must have at minimum an Associate’s degree but Bachelor’s degree recommended, Some applicable Contracts courses and/or certifications are a plus.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience with government contract administration and negotiations.
  • Experience with all contract types, including Cost Plus, Fixed Price, Time & Materials, and Incentive Fee.
  • Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and plans.
  • Experience with reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of US government regulations and agency supplements, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), ITAR and Government Property.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients through consistent communication and follow up.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time.

  • Deltek Costpoint experience preferred

Security Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain Secret Clearance is preferred but not required.
