Call Center Representative

We are seeking Call Center Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.


  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, speaking with clients, verifying information
  • Determines demographics by comparing client information to requirements
  • Improves data accuracy by entering client information; confirming existing data accuracy
  • Interacts with clients by obtaining demographic information
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and recommending improved procedures
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities


  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
