You ensure that our patients feel welcomed and attended to and that their visit or call goes smoothly and efficiently.
You love that you get to spend much of your time interacting with people. You greet patients warmly when checking in for appointments while handling incoming calls with your excellent phone etiquette. You are excited to be a part of this fast-paced, high-volume clinic with a focus on ensuring a smooth flow of patient visits and calls.
You are always a calming presence for our patients.Additionally, you get to assist with a variety of administrative duties. Your attention to detail and efficiency keep things running smoothly. You assist with confirming scheduled appointments and procedures, assist clinic staff in other duties as assigned, and ensure that protocols laid out by the company are followed in the Front Desk Coordinator Department.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where there is always something to do! And, you feel good about the part you play in making sure that each visit or call is a pleasant experience for our patients.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma (GED) is a minimum requirement. Preferred - Graduated from an accredited Medical Administrative Assistant program with certification OR eligibility to obtain certificationAbility to sit for extended periods of time1-year experience in a medical office is requiredAbility to multi-task and prioritize Ability to handle high call volume and handle or route calls correctlyBilingual (Spanish-speaking) is a plusExperience with workers' compensation or pre-authorizations preferredDo you have excellent interpersonal skills?
