Job Description

 

What you'll do

  • Lead key strategic analyses for marketing planning and execution
    • Multi-Facet, omni-channel hind sighting (traffic, sales, competitive, etc.)
    • Help develop and update annual and seasonal marketing plans
    • PR/Content planning and implementation- start from initiating, organizing, managing to post-event result evaluation. Plans includes but not limit to press gathering, music events, media sponsorships, KOL seeding and endorser impact, etc.
    • Work with local and regional agency partners to identify, plan and develop, and execute local marketing initiatives
    • Work with local and regional stakeholders to align marketing strategy, biz plan and local market relevance to optimize and enable asset planning and content story telling development from online to offline to deliver a more compelling and unifying Brand POV and ensure the marketing deliverables meet biz priorities.
       
  • Identify strategic opportunities to create brand love and differentiate against competitors
    • Track Gentle Monster brand health and factors that influence customer brand perception
    • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activities (shifting consumer behavior, latest advertising/Press messaging, creative, etc.)
       
  • Turn insights into action for marketing and cross-functional partners
    • Support the development, execution and share-out of insights from customer research and data analytics
    • Support customer initiatives and the tactical execution of customer strategies (acquisition, retention)

Who you are

  • Experience in luxury, lifestyle, and or creative fashion or production
  • Experience presenting strategic updates and insights to executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • 3 > 5 years of marketing experience handling multiple channel disciplines; creative agency experience a Plus
  • Proven Track record of developing strategic ideas into presentable plans
  • Ability to translate product, trend and merchandising information/strategies into marketable product messages
  • Ability to balance creative and strategic deliverables
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams – finance, operations, global brand management, creative, and merchandising
  • Self-starter who can independently identify strategic opportunities and improve processes where necessary
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated
