You will be working with homeowners to create consultation times for our Closer team to present a solar solution. Your responsibility is not to be a high pressure sales person, but to go door-to-door finding interested homeowners interested in getting educated on solar, and if their home qualifies for the opportunity of solar. No experience required! We will train the right people for success in the industry.
COMPENSATION
Pay is $22 per hour PLUS commission
There is guaranteed hourly, with the potential for uncapped commissions. We are open to candidates looking for Part-Time and Full-Time employment. Our average appointment setters make $1300 per week and our top reps make $3000 per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Canvass Neighborhoods Door-to-Door
- Set Appointments with customer to review a Solar Solution
- Help homeowners save on their current power bill
- Assist in providing renewable energy to the community
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience is a plus, but NOT required
- Communication skills
- Physical ability to work on your feet
- Personal Transportation
