iVox Solutions is looking for someone that is self-motivated, outgoing and dependable. The candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of the HR/Administrative Assistant position with the ability to manage a busy Human Resources' front desk. The HR/Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all staff, clients and applicants. The HR/Administrative Assistant is also responsible for providing assistance to all departments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of front desk office coordination
- Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and departmental information
- Interact with clients, vendors, staff, and visitors
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail and email
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
- Compile data and prepare reports for presentation to the management team
- Support management in assigned project-based work
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Must be able to work as a team and as an individual
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams
- Good writing, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
- Understanding of HR processes procedures
- Ability to operate office equipment such as, computers, telephone systems, copiers, and printers
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
