The MyHR Portal Project Coordinator will drive and execute all aspects of the MyHR portal migration project for Client and other supported North American Operating Entities including oversight of content inventories, migration, validation, testing, status reporting, and process and procedure documentation in partnership with the local MyHR Portal Owner. The portal coordinator will also execute on day-to-day updates to the interim MyHR portal, analyze reports, and manage permission requests as needed.
Essential Job Functions:
- Execute the global MyHR portal migration project to the new platform Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), attend meetings with the global team, oversee migration activities, complete content validation, and user acceptance testing.
- Become an expert in Adobe Experience Manager, create documentation and training materials, and train additional HR employees on AEM.
- Maintain content on the interim MyHR portal platform (Service Now), coordinate with HR content owners as needed, execute content updates, manage permission requests, and analyze data for quarterly reporting processes.
