We are seeking a CRM Systems Administrator to join our Customer Care Team. The CRM Systems Administrator will be responsible for bridging the gap between ITR Economics’ HubSpot and onDemand systems and the users (both internal and external) of those systems. CRM software and onDemand are designed to help manage customer data, marketing, customer support, business processes, automated sales, and other applications as our company continues to grow.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology (IT) and be able to interact with users from different departments and understand a range of applications (marketing services, sales, website applications, etc.) They must be able to educate users on how to correctly enter relevant data into the system and verify and reconcile the data that is entered. This role works with CRM system users, and must collaborate with department managers, technical writers, programmers, software engineers, system engineers, and other staff. Strong communication and customer service skills are important in this position to assist both internal and external clients. Some troubleshooting skills will also be necessary as problems arise.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred, and the candidate must also know how to customize HubSpot tools.

  • Gather, identify, and analyze CRM software requirements and ensure that they are met
  • Assist in creation of long-term strategic goals for high data quality and appropriate data use
  • Monitor data quality, data migrations, and data integration
  • Evaluate and configure CRM system, and provide detailed end-user documentation
  • Provide technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving problems
  • Create automations, reporting, dashboards, and unique functions specific to HubSpot’s capability to support all department needs
  • Report needed KPIs and metrics to all departments as requested


  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a fast-paced team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to own projects, demonstrate good judgment when working with team members and client contacts, and take initiative
  • Experience managing day-to-day changes at every level of detail


Bachelor's degree (required)
