PMO Analyst

IT Concepts is looking for an experienced PMO Analyst to support our Department of Commerce program.

The Department of Commerce's (DOC), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking PMO Analyst support for an exciting project related to the CHIPS Act legislation. As a PMO Analyst, you will assist the Program Management team with compiling programmatic support including preparing/maintaining project management artifacts, risk tracking, data analysis and reporting and optimizing PMO processes/templates as needed.

Duties

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly status reports

• Prepare and submit meeting minutes
• Manage project Risk, Issues, Action Items, and Decisions maintenance
• Update and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures Documentation
• Support Deliverable QA Reviews and Submissions (as needed)
• Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy

• Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• Three (3) years of relevant experience providing project management support for federal programs
• Strong understanding of PMBoK processes and experience developing/maintaining standard project management deliverables

• Must be a U.S Citizen
• Experience briefing Senior government executives

Preferred

• PMP certification
• Experience supporting DOC and/or NIST
