Developer - Level 3 (TS/SCI Required)

IT Concepts Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Developer Level 3 in support of our Defense Intelligence client in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will bring experience in multiple development technologies and methodologies as well as strong process transformation skills to enhance the team's capabilities. Relevant experience for this role may include any or all of the following: software development, cloud engineering, management consulting, implementing software code, and debugging technical issues. Ability to research, test, build, and coordinate integration per government requirements.

We are looking for a flexible software developer that has experience delivering web solutions for the federal government, is comfortable developing in multiple languages, experienced on both front and backend, microservices, and API development. and working with the government lead to develop solutions, interface designs, and architecture of websites. This role requires you to be familiar with Agile development methodologies. We prefer candidates that are unafraid to tackle new technologies and stretch their competencies to areas of development that they may not have encountered before.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 7 years of software development experience

Your experience includes:

• Experience in frontend and backend web development.
• Experience developing and implementing API and web services
• Proficient in relational and non relational databases, Including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Dynamo, Postgres, and MongoDB, etc. to include schema design, data definition, and advanced queries.
• Experience with multiple languages to include Java/SpringBoot, Python, Ruby, etc.
• Rabbit, ElasticSearch, RabbitMQ, Node and React/Material UI.Docker
• Microservice based architecture using Python (FastApi), Node, Java Spring Boot, etc.
• Familiarity with AWS/C2S deployment
• Experience implementing Oracle People Soft HCM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills along with the ability to present technical data and approaches to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Must meet DOD 8570 certification requirements

Clearance Requirement:

• Must have active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
