CPA firm seeking an Office Assistant Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Scanning and filing tax documents for large amount of clients
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Greet and assist onsite guests and answer inbound telephone calls with exceptional service
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Perform all other office tasks
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office software
- QuickBooks skills are a plus
- Tax software experience are a plus
- Work well under pressure, tight deadlines and maintain composure throughout
- Able to work well and communicate with team
