Pricing Specialist

A national industrial equipment distributor that has been in business for 33 years, is seeking a Pricing Specialist. If you have strong analytical skills and are advanced in Excel, this is a great chance to bring your career to the next level.

In this position, you will be working in the marketing department and supporting our efforts to drive ecommerce sales, launch new products, update pricing, and maintain a strong, digital marketing presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for updating product pricing and processing price increases
• Collects, organizes and prepares new product data to facilitate uploads on the ISC webstore
• Audit the website data to identify and correct inaccurate, missing or outdated information.
• Appropriately account for the timeliness and quality of all assignments
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
• Perform other product support tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

• Advanced excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

• Strong analytical thinker in an unstructured/ whitespace environment
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, multi-task, and prioritize accordingly to deliver on multiple projects while maintaining a service-oriented, customer–centric focus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiar with industrial product specification data
• Experience with Sage, Wordpress, and Woocommerce are all a plus
• 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience, or relevant degree in a quantitative discipline (statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, etc.)
