Contract Overview PEO EIS develops, acquires, and deploys tactical and non-tactical information technology systems and communications products and services.
The organization is a center of excellence for systems acquisition, development, and integration of IT products and services. The purpose of this contract is to obtain various functional support services to augment the efforts of the existing workforce and enable the organization to keep pace with the rapid pace of customer acquisition requirements. Position General Responsibilities Under general supervision: * Monitor receipt and issue of supplies and equipment along with preparing necessary documentation to account for property through hand-receipt procedures, develop and review change of responsibility officer inventory, annual responsible officer and cyclic inventories, monitor scheduled inventories; determine need for and initiates action to clear account of discrepancies by Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL), inventory adjustment, or other appropriate means; reviews, examines and approves sensitive item inventories; and initiates requests for turn in of supplies and equipment. * Provide various logistics management assistance to other Government logisticians as requested. * Coordinate transportation requirements for personnel with the Fort Detrick Logistical Readiness Center (LRC) ensuring transportation is available at all times to support mission requirements. * Coordinate all facility work orders with the Fort Detrick Department of Public Works (DPW) ensuring a safe and healthy workplace is present at all times. * Possess knowledge of Army logistical regulations, policies and procedures. Position Qualifications * BA in related field,4 additional years of experience w/o degree will be accepted. * Three (3) years of experience providing junior-level logistics management specialist in support of a myriad of Army logistical policies to include property accountability, logistics automation, supply management, acquisition, transportation management, and facilities. * TS/SCI Clearance ISC Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action/VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
