IRBY's Business Development Manager is the top producer!

On a daily basis, this IRBY representative is marketing and selling investment properties. The Business Development Manager is responsible for analyzing, pricing, marketing, and selling our inventory of listed properties. In order to be considered qualified, candidates will have a keen ability for solving problems, direct business-to-consumer sales experience, proven negotiation skills, and an affinity for networking.

High performers will make $100,000+ annually

  • Understand client needs and offer real estate solutions 
  • Maintain a detailed pipeline within our company CRM to ensure organization and follow-up
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Qualify and convert prospects into clients
  • Learn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate laws


  • Possesses relationship-building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
  • Direct-to-consumer sales experience
  • Great phone presence with a closer mentality
  • Business and negotiation acumen
  • Must be able to pass a background check
