Job Description

The Sales Specialist is responsible for addressing any and all client inquiries about the products and services IRA Financial offers. The person holding this position will assist clients in deciding which type of retirement account to open by providing clear, concise and well-researched information about all types available. This individual is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of IRA Financial products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities & Duties

Stay knowledgeable about IRA, LLC, and 401(k) services offered by IRA Financial
Demonstrate their knowledge to potential clients confidently and effectively
Address client inquiries to the best of their ability, relying on available tools and resources for assistance
Identify specific client needs and demonstrate value of each plan based on those needs
Assist customers with questions and concerns via phone, email and other messaging services
Meet IRA Financial’s specific goals through aggressive and consistent client outreach
Follow-up with current and potential clients via phone, email and other messaging services to ensure all questions are answered and concerns are addressed
Other tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Effective multi-tasking abilities
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to function productively in a fast-paced, at times stressful environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Basic understanding of Self-directed Individual Retirement Accounts

Pay
