Executive Housekeeper

Looking for an experienced person to manage our Housekeeping and Breakfast Departments. The right candidate must have an eye for detail, be able to manage & motivate a staff efficiently, and ensure that all areas meet guest expectations. Bilingual candidates are preferred by not required.

Responsibility & Authority:

  • Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel
  • Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard
  • Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen, uniform and fixed assets
  • Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities
  • Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures
  • Prepare reports for management information
  • Conduct Monthly Inventory
  • Attending and resolving guest complaints
  • Organize ;on the job training and evaluate its effectiveness
  • Recruitment of new personnel
  • Daily inspection of public areas and guest rooms
  • Coordinating the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms and public area with maintenance department
  • Immediately attending to guest requests

Experience:

  • housekeeping/cleaning: 3 years (Preferred)
  • housekeeping management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)
