Job Description

Part Time (possibly FT) - Seeking on site Administrative Clerk for busy condominium association on site management office. Report to on site Manager and resident Board of Trustees. Looking for candidate with some experience and excellent organizational skills, communications, customer service and personal attributes. Responsibilities shall include interfacing with residents, on site maintenance staff, management staff; managing website software, work orders and compliance needs; minutes of meetings and organizing board meeting packages of information. Willing to train and provide continuing education with potential growth opportunity. Salary commensurate with experience.
